ABOUT THE COURSE

The intensive core skill course presents the comprehensive and detailed overview of diesel fuel blending process, covering refining processing and technology aspects, crude quality impact, specifications, quality giveaway, additive selection, bio blending, blending economics and testing. It is designed for refinery technical personnel, optimisation specialist, traders, marketing specialist, laboratory personnel as well as non-technical personnel interested in the subject.

COURSE FORMAT
  • The morning session (09:00-12:15) will consist of theory, basic principals and background.
  • The afternoon session (13:00-16:30) will cover case studies. The interaction and discussion will be encouraged.
  • The course is designed for a maximum of 15 participants, minimum is not set
  • Prerequisit knowledge–basic to intermediate
  • The course language is English.
